The Center for Self Expression celebrates the creative power of individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities by creating opportunities for self expression through the visual, performing, media and literary arts.

By working with our richly talented and diverse local arts community, The Center is able to offer a wide variety of professionally-led artistic opportunities.

Center artists are encouraged to be physically active through participation in yoga and dance and movement classes, fitness training, and healthy cooking classes to promote overall health and wellness.

All creative learning opportunities and support are tailored to the needs, desires and talents of each artist.  Center artists have exhibited at various art shows, acted in plays, had their work featured in various publications, performed in talent shows and sold their work through the gift shop at The Main View Gallery. 

Each day at The Center shows us that creativity knows no bounds and imagination no limits!
