"I cannot count my day complete 'til needle, threat and fabric meet."

Anne Holahan is a multi-faceted artist, but her favorite creations are her humbugs- fanciful fabric creatures that are unique to Main View Gallery.
Anne excels at bringing the creatures to life. She pours all of her sweetness and love into every piece and the result is something truly special. She has a gift and it shows up in everything that she creates.
Anne enjoys word searches, sewing, drawing, painting and performing. She finds the creative process to be relaxing and satisfying.
Anne loves the holidays-a tradition that she learned from her family.
Anne took third place at Voice! 6 in 2010 with a self-portrait plywood sculpture (right).
As a performer, Anne has played the Drums of Prospero in The empest which was performed at the NYSARC convention and several other venues. She is also, a member of MVG's musical group, the Zebras.
